The answer is yes, and Luke clearly shows us that in Jesus we have a great hope to experience rich authenticity with each other...together.

Have you ever just wanted to pack it in and start life over tomorrow? It’s fascinating that we place so much hope in a brand new day. Perhaps we think our circumstances will be different tomorrow…or that will be more equipped to face the same circumstances. Maybe a new day resets our perspective…gives us clarity of thought that we can’t muster today. Or possibly we just feel like God is distant and even against us today…and maybe tomorrow he’ll feel near again.
The Christmas story announces a “new day” like none other. Unlike the fickle nature of our circumstances or our feelings, Jesus’ entry into the world was the daybreak of history when God’s promise to redeem all things came to pass.
